PURPOSE: A multi-channel microphone and a portable hearing aid including the same are provided to transfer only acoustic signal which wants to a vibrator by eliminating noise which is formed at the human body inside. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) comprises a space having predetermined volume on upper and lower surface. A top sensor(21) changes an external audio signal into an electric signal in the upper surface of the main body. A bottom sensor(22) changes a vivo audio signal into an electric signal in a lower surface space of the main body. A top vibrating film(31) is installed in the top sensor outside. A bottom vibrating film(32) is installed in the bottom sensor outside. A coating part(40) is attached to the outer surface of the vibrating film and the bottom vibrating film. A first output terminal(51) transfers the electric signal which is changed from the top sensor to an adaptive filter. A second terminal transfers the electric signal which is changed from the bottom sensor to the adaptive filter. A first feed-through(61) and a second feed-through(62) respectively surround the first output terminal and the second output terminal.
