<p>The cross-piece (1) has a P shaped section layered toward a left side so as to equip an upper support surface (2) and a lower support surface (3) that presents a distal end (6) upwards toward top to constitute a groove (7) and one wedge-shaped return part (8). The groove and the wedge-shaped return part are configured for encasing in the groove of the cross-piece. The upper support surface and a lower supporting surface (22) of a turned cross-piece section (19) are in a same plan. An independent claim is also included for a floor.</p>
