The chair has a backrest (1) rigidly fixed on top parts. A part is formed of two rear tubes (5, 6) connected to the tubes' top parts with front tubes (3, 4) of another part. The rear tubes are provided with rear legs of the chair at its respective base parts. A base (2) is connected on each one of its sides by two pivot connections (7-10). One pivot connection is located between the base and one of the front tubes. Another pivot connection is located between the base and one of the rear tubes. The rear tubes are connected to the tubes' top parts with the front tubes by slide connections. The backrest and the base are made of injected plastic material. The front tubes and the rear tubes are made of metallic material covered with finish paint.
