PURPOSE: The fabrication of an autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) deodorizing panel is provided to effectively eliminate total volatile organic compounds and form aldehyde using diatomaceous earth and zeolite. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a deodorizing panel includes the following: 3-20 parts by weight of diatomaceous earth, 3-20 parts by weight of zeolite, and 100 parts by weight of ALC solid materials are shaped and vapor-cured. The compositions further include 10-30 parts by weight of activated carbon. The ALC solid materials include 30-55 weight% of siliceous materials, 25-40 weight% of Portland cements, 15-25 weight% of lime, and 0.1-5 weight% of aluminum powder. The zeolite is one selected from a group including laumontite, erionite, chabazite, clinoptiolite, analcime, mordenite, ZSM-5, A, beta, X, Y type zeolite, and the combination of the same.
