METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF RESIN COATED CORRUGATED MATTER PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a resin coated corrugated steel plate is provided to prevent damage to a coating layer of a corrugated steel plate by attaching a high-strength fiber mesh on the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin coated corrugated steel plate is as follows. A cut flat steel plate is transferred to a flat steel plate transfer unit(S100). The transferred flat steel plate is formed in a corrugated shape using a mold press or a roller(S110). Punching holes are formed in the corrugated steel plate using a punching unit(S120). The corrugated steel plate having the punching holes is bent using a bending unit(S130). Foreign materials are removed from the surface of the bent corrugated steel plate using a foreign material removal unit(S140). The corrugated steel plate is thermally processed. A galvanized layer is formed on the corrugated steel plate(S150). The galvanized corrugated steel plate is cooled using a cooling unit(S160). Fiber meshes supplied from an uncoiler are attached on one surface or both surfaces of the cooled corrugated steel plate using a laminating roller(S170). The fiber mesh attached corrugated steel plate is cooled(S180).
