PURPOSE: A corrugated steel plate and a coating method thereof are provided to improve painting quality by drying and hardening a surface with high glossy and a hard film by irradiating an ultraviolet ray on a coated surface. CONSTITUTION: A flat steel plate transfer process(S100) transfers a flat steel plate. A corrugated bent process(S110) forms a corrugated pattern on a flat steel plate. A corrugated steel plate punching process(S120) forms a punching hole in the location of the assembly hole of a flat steel plate. A corrugated steel plate bending process(S130) bends the corrugated steel plate. A preprocessing process(S140) pre-processes the surface of the corrugated steel plate. A heating process(S150) increases the temperature of the surface of the corrugated steel plate. The heating process increases the adhesive force of paint. A painting process(S160) sprays the paint of a synthetic resin group and forms a coated surface. A hardening process(S170) increases the temperature of the surface of the corrugated steel plate. The hardening process irradiates an ultraviolet ray on the surface of the corrugated steel plate. A cooling process(S180) cools the corrugated steel plate. |
