<p>PURPOSE: The fabrication of a deodorization panel for simultaneously eliminating total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) and formaldehyde using heavy oil fly ash is provided to effectively eliminate the TVOC and the formaldehyde by using the heavy oil fly ash, diatomaceous, and activated carbon. CONSTITUTION: A raw material containing 100 parts by weight of autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) solid powder, 20-100 parts by weight of heavy oil fly ash, 2-30 parts by weight of diatomaceous is shaped and vacuum-cured. 10 to 100 parts by weight of activated carbon is further included. The ALC solid powder includes 30-55 weight% of a silicic acid material, 25-40 weight% of Portland cement, 15-25 weight% of lime, and 0.1-5 weight% of aluminum powder.</p> |
