PURPOSE: A door lock capable of conveniently opening and closing a door is provided to improve productivity by simplifying an assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: A door lock is comprised of a first fixing element, a second fixing element, a moving stand(1), a push element(4a), a pull element(4b), a returning spring(10), an operation arm(16), a pusher(12), a latch bolt(9), a guide element(8), and a door locking device. The first fixing element is fixed in one side of a door. The second fixing element is fixed in the other side of the door by being separated from the first fixing element. The first fixing element and second fixing element are coupled by a coupling bolt. The push element transfers the moving stand to the front. The pull element is fixed in the other end part of the moving stand. The returning spring is inserted in a guide rod arranged in one side of the moving stand. One side of the returning spring is supported by the second fixing element. The operation arm is installed in one point of the moving stand in order to store the moving stand in the inside.
