PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device and a semiconductor memory system are provided to block the access of a process to a memory region by supporting a filing command in hardware. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor memory device and a semiconductor memory system, a memory cell array comprises a plurality of memory cells. A filling command determination unit receives a command signal and an address signal. The filling command determination unit determines whether the command signal is a filling command or not. The filling command determination unit sets the bit line connected to the memory cell by a first power voltage.
