PURPOSE: A data communications method which communicates with a mobile node and a communications system for implementing the same are provided to reduce the consumption of a battery by consistently transmitting a packet. CONSTITUTION: A communications system comprises an IPsec(Internet Protocol Security) server(110) and a mobile device(120). The IPsec server executes an IPsec process for data enciphering. A mobile terminal apparatus communicates after passing through the IPsec server and an NAT(Network Address Translation) apparatus(130). The mobile terminal apparatus forms a mobile node as an FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) mobile terminal apparatus. A mobile IP address corresponds with an identification address of the mobile terminal apparatus in a data transmission process through a mobile radio communications network(160).
