METHOD FOR CONTROL OF FINISHING OPERATION OF A DRYING FURNACE ASSEMBLY IN FOOD WASTE DISPOSER

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a terminating operation with respect to the drying furnace assembly of a food waste disposer is provided to stop the operation of a heater after food waste is sufficiently disposed without the confirmation of the disposed state of the food waste in the drying furnace. CONSTITUTION: A drying furnace is operated(S100). The temperature of the drying furnace is detected. The temperature of the rear part of a heat exchanger is detected. If the temperature difference of the drying furnace and the rear part of the heat exchanger is more than a pre-set first temperature, the operation of a heater is stopped(S250). The drying furnace is heated by the heater. Exhaust gas generated from the drying furnace is introduced into the front part of the heat exchanger. A heat exchanging operation is implemented to convert the exhaust gas into re-circulating gas. The re-circulating gas is discharged through the rear part of the heat exchanger and is re-introduced into the drying furnace.
