PURPOSE: A light emitting element array with a light emitting element package, a light device, and backlight device are provided to have a connecting structure which is convenient for detaching and fixing the light emitting element package on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting element array includes as follows: a light emitting element package(20) has a sliding groove(h) and a fixing groove on a body(25) in which a light emitting element is mounted; a printed circuit board(40) has a fixing protrusion unit which is combined with a fixing groove. The device has at least one sliding groove.
