摘要 PURPOSE: A hydraulic brake booster device is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by transforming the relative motion structure of an output shaft and a control plunger and improve a brake pedaling by preventing the contact of the inner circumference of a control plunger guide and an outer circumference of an output shaft. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic brake booster device comprises a housing(11), a master cylinder(13), a working oil storage space(15), a simulator(16), a hydraulic pressure generator(80), a pedal displacement sensor(99), an input shaft(20), a control plunger(22), an output shaft(24), a first piston(26) and a second piston(28). The housing has an oil port. The master cylinder is fixed and coupled with one end of the housing and accepts the first piston and the second piston. The working oil storage space is combined on the top of the master cylinder and stores the working oil. The simulator is combined in the lower part of the housing and offers the reaction force of the pedal. The hydraulic pressure generator is connected to the working oil storage space and generates the hydraulic pressure. A pedal displacement sensor is connected to the input shaft and senses the displacement of the input shaft. The input shaft is installed in the housing in order to move with the brake pedal. The control plunger is formed within the housing in order to move with the input shaft sliding. The first piston and the second piston move with the output shaft.
