FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: module device consists of charging module including mixing funnel and unit of components charging, of unit for storage of prepared dry mixture consisting of several bins arranged over tank for liquid tempering, of unit for storage of dry components consisting of several bins positioned over another tank for tempering liquid and over tank for spacer fluid. Also, the bins are equipped with sensors for determination of weight and with devices for mixing, while cement surge tanks forming a module are made like two autonomous tanks and are connected with the liquid tempering tanks. The module of cement surge tanks facilitating circulation is connected to the mixing funnel communicated with the module for dry mixture storage. ^ EFFECT: successive preparation of complex composition backfilling solutions of various density directly at drilling site. ^ 1 dwg |
