Proposed device comprises roll unwinder, top canvas locking mechanism, cutter, spreading carriage and gearing system. Roll unwinder allows translation of roll system support. Said translation is allowed by rack gear and is controlled by processor. Roll unwinder is equipped with control system. Said control system comprises roll turn angle transducer, pad length pickup, processor and interface. Said interface connects processor with transducers and pickups.
