GENERATION COMPOSITION FOR INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS WITH OXYSTEROLS AND WWP2 SIRNA TREATMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for inducing dedifferentiation of somatic cells to embryonic stem cell-like cells by treating oxysterol and WWP2 siRNA. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing dedifferentiation of somatic cells to embryonic stem cell-like cells contains oxysterol and WWP2 siRNA. The WWP siRNA contains a nucleotide with a base of sequence number 1-4 or complementary sequence thereof. A method for preparing the embryonic stem cell-like cells comprises: a step of culturing fibroblast in a medium; a step of treating oxysterol to the fibroblast and performing transfection of WWP2 siRNA; and a step of culturing the fibroblast under the condition of culturing embryonic stem cells.
