PURPOSE: A wiring apparatus for preventing the wire of a leakage breaker from being misconnected is provided to prevent malfunction, performance degradation and fire due to the reverse wiring of an earth leakage breaker by detecting that a power supply part and a load part are reversely connected. CONSTITUTION: A noise eliminating circuit(102) eliminates noises which are included in the output current of a zero-phase current transformer(101). An shock wave absorbing circuit(103) absorbs an impulse wave which is included in the voltage provided to a load. A power circuit(104) supplies the voltage, which is outputted in the shock wave absorbing circuit, to a driving power. A noise eliminating circuit(105) eliminates the noises which are included in the voltage outputted in the power circuit. A trip coil(107) controls a breaker(106) in a leakage and blocks converters on a load side and a power side.
