PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite pigment for a cosmetic product is provided to prevent absorption into human body. CONSTITUTION: A composite pigment for a cosmetic product is formed by coating shell particles on the surface of core particles by physical pressure. The shell particle is titanium dioxide or zinc oxide having 10-400nm of average particle diameter. The shell particle is coated with oil. A method for preparing the composite pigment comprises: a step of supplying the core particles into a rotary container; a step of rotating the rotary container at 4,000-8,000rpm; a step of supplying titanium dioxide or silicon power into the rotary container; and a step of mechanically coating the shell particles on the surface of the core particles.
