MAGNETOPHORESIS NANOBIOSENSOR FOR IMMUNOASSAYS

PURPOSE: A magnetophoresis nanobiosensor for immunoassay using physical property of nanoparticles is provided to ensure quick and accurate diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: A bionanoparticle comprises gold nanoparticles(AuNPs) on which the surface is modified with biocompatible polymers and in which a target antibody is fixed; and a magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) on which the surface is modified with biocompatible polymers and in which a target antibody is fixed. The biocompatible polymers are polyethylene glycol(PEG). A method for manufacturing a nanobiosensor for immunoassay comprises: a step of synthesizing the gold nanoparticles and magnetic nanoparticles; a step of treating the surface of the nanoparticles with the biocompatible polymers; and a step of fixing the target antibody on the nanoparticles.
