PURPOSE: A cooling device of a rice refrigerator is provided to keep rice using cold air of a thermoelectric element and simplify the structure of the rice refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a rice refrigerator comprises a thermoelectric element(110), a cooling block(120), a ventilating fan(130), a heat radiating block(140), a heat radiating fan(150). The thermoelectric element comprises a cooling unit and a heating unit. The cooling unit generates cold air to cool a rice storage. The heating unit generates heat. The cooling block is installed on the cooling unit of the thermoelectric element and emits cold air from the cooling unit. The ventilating fan sends cold air from the cooling block to the rice storage. The heat radiating block is installed on the heating unit of the thermoelectric element and emits heat from the heating unit.
