HIGH COMPATIBILITY, AQUEOUS BLOCK POLYISOCYANATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous block polyisocyanate excellent in compatibility with polyol and having low-temperature curability; and a paint composition containing the same.

SOLUTION: The aqueous block polyisocyanate includes the following ingredient composition: (1) 25-75 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from polyisocyanate derived from at least one of an aliphatic diisocyanate monomer and/or an alicyclic diisocyanate monomer; (2) 2-10 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from diol; (3) 1-30 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from monool obtained by polymerizing alkylene oxide having 3 or more carbon atoms; (4) 5-40 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from polyethylene oxide having a hydroxyl group at one end; and (5) 10-40 mass% of a constitutional unit derived from a blocking agent.
