<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively purify exhaust gas of a diesel engine by devising the layout of an exhaust purifying device including a DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst) and a DPF (diesel particulate filter). <P>SOLUTION: A diesel engine (1) is disposed in an engine box (6) that supports a seat (5); a radiator (2) is disposed in the right side of the diesel engine (1) in the engine box (6); and an exhaust gas purifying device (3) including the oxidation catalyst and the diesel particulate filter is disposed in the rear side lower part of the radiator (2) in the engine box (6), with the longitudinal direction of the device directed in the lateral direction of the machine.
