<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform coating on the surface of an object to be treated even if the thickness of the coating to be formed on the object to be treated is 1 μm or thinner after drying. <P>SOLUTION: The coating roll 1 for thin film formation comprises a core body 4, a sponge layer 5 formed on the outer circumference of the core body, a solid layer 6 formed on the outer circumference of the sponge layer, and a surface layer 7 formed on the outer circumference of the solid layer and having non-stikiness and non-adhesion properties to a coating liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
