<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver which has an increased heat dissipation performance of an optical module. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transceiver for optical communication has at least two optical modules. Each of the optical modules, which serves as a heating element, is surface mounted on a flexible substrate.
