<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanner device that is capable of obtaining data on a subject indicated by accurate dimensions without measuring the actual dimensions of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: The scanner device 1 comprises reading means 2 for reading light irradiated toward a subject X and light irradiated from the subject X and a stage 31 for placing the subject X. The reading means 2 and the stage 31 are constituted integrally with the reading means 2 in the scanner device 1 which is relatively displaceably constituted in a predetermined direction and comprise line light irradiation means 4 for irradiating a plurality of line lights toward the subject X so that a plurality of line lights parallel with the predetermined direction are parallel respectively and correction means 636 for correcting the data on the subject read in a state where the irradiation of the line lights is stopped, based on the data on the line lights in the data read in a state where the line lights are irradiated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
