<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus mounting device capable of easily mounting ancillary equipment, such as communication terminal equipment for automated meter reading, to a piping of a gas meter. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus mounting device has a mounting plate for mounting a communication terminal equipment for automated meter reading, a pair of holding pieces for holding the mounting plate onto piping of a gas meter, and a holder detachably attached to the mounting plate. Two lines of long attaching holes are formed on the mounting plate, and a positioning means which fits the holding pieces of the holder into the attaching holes, guides the holder to be moveable to a position to hold the holder on the piping of the gas meter and positions the holder while the holder is locked into the attaching holes is provided. This positioning means is composed of multiple lines of fitting holes arranged/formed between the two lines of attaching holes and protrusions formed between a pair of the holding pieces on the holder side. The holder can be easily positioned/fixed to the mounting plate by fitting the protrusions on the holder side into the selected fitting holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
