摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element which can suppress the early degradation of a function of removing water in fuel, and also can suppress the early degradation of the function of removing the water in the fuel even when the dust concentration in the liquid is high.

SOLUTION: The filter element 50 is provided with: a first filtration material 51 which has a function of removing dust D in the fuel F; a second filtration material 52 which is contained inside the first filtration material 51 and has the function of removing the water W in the fuel F.
