<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane apparatus capable of improving the efficiency of separation by means of a separation membrane module. <P>SOLUTION: The separation membrane apparatus comprises: the separation membrane module 31 having a separation membrane 15; a fluid mixture supply pipe 35 for supplying a fluid mixture of a permeable fluid which permeates the separation membrane 15 and an impermeable fluid which does not permeate the separation membrane 15 to the separation membrane module 31; a permeable fluid delivery pipe 37 for delivering permeable fluid which permeates the separation membrane 15 to the outside of the separation membrane module 31; a fluid mixture delivery pipe 39 for delivering a fluid mixture including the permeable fluid which is not permeated by the separation membrane 15 to the outside of the separation membrane module 31; operating/closing valves 35a, 37a, 39a, 41a which are respectively disposed on the fluid mixture supply pipe 37 and the fluid mixture delivery pipe 39; and a circulation path 41 for returning the fluid mixture including the permeable fluid which is not permeated by the separation membrane 15 to the separation membrane 15 of the separation membrane module 31 while closing operating/closing valves 35a, 37a, 39a, 41a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
