<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively stretch the scruff of the neck and the muscles of the shoulders. <P>SOLUTION: When a person feels stiff in the shoulders and in the scruff of the neck, he or she usually turns the head round and round with his or her intention, turns to the right and left and joins the hands behind the head to push down the head forward. In this case, an assisting implement is attached to the head, and a protrusion provided at the assisting implement is pushed and pulled with the hand.
