<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen washing remnants when washing inside of a water channel with water which flows the water channel. <P>SOLUTION: A water channel washing auxiliary tool 10 in installed in the water channel 104 and washes inside of the water channel 104 with the water stream 60 in the water channel 104. The water channel washing auxiliary tool 10 includes; a water stream diverting member 20; and a member moving mechanism 22. The water stream diverting member 20 blocks and diverts the water stream 60.
