PURPOSE: A rotary exercise device for leg health is provided to be used regardless of a place and reduce manufacturing costs thereof. CONSTITUTION: A rotary exercise device for leg health comprises: a base plate(10) consisting of a plus type plate sieve; a support stand(20) in which the upper end is fixed to the central part of the cylindrical body; an axle housing(30) of a cylindrical body which is fixed to the upper end of the support stand; and a pair of pedals(40,40') which are axis-connected to the axle housing.
