<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device increased in power generation output. <P>SOLUTION: A cell stack device 1 of the present invention includes: a cell stack 2 in which a plurality of fuel battery cells 3 are arranged through current collecting members 4 and electrically connected in series to each other, each of the plurality of fuel battery cells 3 having in the interior thereof a reaction gas flow path 12 for flowing a reaction gas extending from one end to the other end; and a manifold 7 for fixing one ends of the fuel battery cells 3 and supplying a reaction gas to the fuel battery cells 3, and excess reaction gas not used for power generation is burned at the other ends of the fuel battery cells 3. Since the other ends of the fuel battery cells 3 are arranged more closely to each other than one ends of the fuel battery cells 3, misfire in the cell stack device 1 can be prevented and a power generating output performance of the cell stack device 1 is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
