<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch pen capable of adjusting an inclination angle of a pen tip part when using. <P>SOLUTION: The touch pen includes: a hollow tubular body having a peripheral wall; a pen tip part having at least two side walls facing each other; at least one positioning member attached on the pen tip part; and an elastic member held between the side wall of the pen tip part and the positioning member. At least two concave grooves are provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall. The positioning member is removably latched on the concave groove by a resilient force of the elastic member. The pen tip part is rotatably attached to the tubular body. The pen tip part is rotated by an external force together with the positioning member, and the positioning member is latched on the other concave groove.
