摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve mechanism for vent of a coolant circuit of an internal combustion engine individually venting a plurality of partial passages of the coolant circuit in one common reservoir tank. <P>SOLUTION: The coolant circuit 1 has the partial passages 1a, 1b, 1c, and vent conduits 3, 4, 5. One of the vent conduits 3, 4, 5 is extended from at least one of the partial passages 1a, 1b, 1c. Each of the vent conduits 3, 4, 5 is connected to the reservoir tank 6 disposed in the highest position in the coolant circuit 1. One primary vent conduit 4 and at least one secondary vent conduit 3 are gathered into one common vent conduit 5 connected to the reservoir tank 6 via a valve 7. The primary vent conduit 4 is always fluidly connected to the reservoir tank 6. Only when there is a bubble in the secondary vent conduit 3, the valve 7 carries out fluid connection from the secondary vent conduit 3 to the reservoir tank 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
