<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which is capable of utilizing radio resources effectively. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system comprises a home radio base station HeNB operated by a particular user and a server device 100 which sends purchasing price information about radio resources for the home radio base station HeNB to the home radio base station HeNB. The home radio base station HeNB includes a network communication unit 240 which receives purchasing price information and a control unit 220 which controls switching between putting and removing access restriction that radio terminals permitted to access the own station should be limited to the radio terminal of the particular user, based on purchasing price information received by the network communication unit 240. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
