<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a crack of electrode foil to raise reliability of a wound type solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In order to attain this purpose, the present invention comprises: tab terminals 13 for anodes and cathodes having a flat part 14 at a part; anode foil 1 to which the flat part 14 of the tab terminal 13 for anodes is connected and on the surface of which a dielectric membrane 9 is formed; cathode foil 2 to which the flat part of the tab terminal for cathodes is connected; and a separator 3. The present invention further comprises a capacitor 10 that winds the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 with the separator 3 interposed therebetween and includes a solid electrolytic layer 4 on the surface of the dielectric membrane 9, a case 8 which stores the capacitor element 10, and a sealing part 7. A side part 19 of the flat part 14 is curved or folded inward so as to be along the wound anode foil 1 or cathode foil 2. Thus, the present invention suppresses breakage of the crack to raise longterm reliability of the would type solid electrolytic capacitor since the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 are gently folded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
