The vehicle seat has adjustable seat parts, e.g. backrest (1), a pneumatic unit (3) and an inflatable air cushion (2). The overall system is allotted over an inclination sensor (7) for a mobile seat element, e.g. backrest. The pressure is regulated in dependence of the inclination of the seat elements by the inflatable air cushion.
