摘要 The method for thermally joining a first component (3) with a second component (5) by an electrical heating, comprises provisioning a joining auxiliary agent (9) at a joining position of the component, melting the joining auxiliary agent and the second component using the electrical heating for producing a material connection between the joining auxiliary agent and the second component, producing a positive and/or non-positive connection between the joining auxiliary agent and the first component, and connecting the first component with the joining auxiliary agent. The method for thermally joining a first component (3) with a second component (5) by an electrical heating, comprises provisioning a joining auxiliary agent (9) at a joining position of the component, melting the joining auxiliary agent and the second component using the electrical heating for producing a material connection between the joining auxiliary agent and the second component, producing a positive and/or non-positive connection between the joining auxiliary agent and the first component, and connecting the first component with the joining auxiliary agent by forming the first component and/or the joining auxiliary agent. Before melting, the first component is connected with the joining auxiliary agent by inserting the joining auxiliary agent into a tool for forming the first component and forming the first component using the tool, and by forming the joining auxiliary agent using rolling, die-molding, impressing, deepening, adhering and engraving. The first component is connected with the joining auxiliary agent at an edge of the first component, and by introducing the joining auxiliary agent into the first component. The method includes pressing the joining auxiliary agent in an electrically conductive system contact against the second component, and penetrating the auxiliary agent by the first component through the manufacturing of the conductive system contact under a plastic deformation of the first component. The joining auxiliary agent is pressed with a pressing force of 3-4 kN using an electrode. The method includes introducing a process stream of 20-30 kA into the joining auxiliary agent and the second component, introducing the process stream and/or pressing the joining auxiliary agent for a welding time of 450-550 ms, and positively and/or frictionally connecting the first component with the joining auxiliary agent before melting. The joining auxiliary agent has a foot angle of 30-60[deg] and a diameter of 10-20 mm and has a collar. The joining auxiliary agent is introduced into an opening of the first component before melting. The first component has a poor electrical conductor, an insulator or a fundamental less suitable substance for thermally joining with the second component. An independent claim is included for a component composite.
