CURABLE EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITIONS

A curable epoxy resin composition including at least one epoxy resin having an average of more than one glycidyl ether group per molecule; at least one amine curing agent; and at least one polyol. The polyol is present in the epoxy resin composition in a sufficient amount to decrease the exotherm of the curing reaction of the composition while maintaining the thermal and mechanical properties of the resulting cured product upon curing of the epoxy resin composition.
