The present invention belongs to the technical field of transgenic animal model and discloses a transgenic drosophila model, for screening therapeutic drugs for Alzheimer's disease, the construction method and the use thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transgenic drosophila model, for investigating the molecular pathways of the development process of Alzheimer's disease and screening drugs. In the present invention, stable and heritable drosophila strains are obtained by successive hybridization of the existing transgenic drosophila. The said model can simulate the in vivo generating and metabolic process of the major pathogenic genes of Alzheimer's disease.
