<p>Disclosed are: a circuit board having a reduced circuit surface; and a display device which is equipped with the circuit board and has a narrowed frame. The circuit board comprises: a bottom gate type thin film transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode, a first source electrode and a first drain electrode; and a top gate type thin film transistor comprising a second semiconductor layer, a second gate electrode, a second source electrode and a second drain electrode. In the circuit board, the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are composed of the same material, and the first drain electrode or the first source electrode and the second gate electrode are connected to each other without the intercalation of any other thin film transistor and have the same potential as each other.</p> |
