<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for inhibiting the activation of protease-activated receptors (PAR-2). <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an aptamer and a monoclonal antibody, bonding to the PAR-2 peptide region represented by the amino acid sequence of from 212 position to 226 position of a specific amino sequence, and inhibiting the activation of the PAR-2. The aptamer or the monoclonal antibody is used as an antiinflammatory agent, a diagnosing reagent of a disease associated with the PAR-2, a kit for the diagnosis, a preventing or treating agent of the disease, or a reagent for detecting the PAR-2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
