<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic fabric for stent graft which has all of thinness, flexibility and high strength which have not been attained by the conventional technique, and to provide a stent graft using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The basic fabric for stent graft has high strength and low water permeability without high-density weaving while maintaining thinness and flexibility.
