<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of avoiding unnecessary charging by not establishing a call control session if end-to-end data communication is not performed normally. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device connects a first network which is not supposed to perform call control and a second network which performs call control, and performs call control of an incoming call to a terminal in the first network. The communication device comprises: a SIP session control unit 33 for directing a management unit 35 to determine whether a call should be connected or not, if a destination terminal of a call connection request received from the second network is an object terminal of call control processing of the own device; and the management unit of LAN port status and terminal response 35 for determining whether or not the destination terminal should be connected to the own device based on an instruction from the SIP session control unit 33. The SIP session control unit 33 responds with an incoming-call acceptance response if the determination result is connection accepted, and responds with an incoming-call rejection response if the determination result is connection rejected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
