<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveyance device capable of performing stable conveyance of powder regardless of the storage amount of the powder therein. <P>SOLUTION: The powder conveyance device includes: a powder storage part 66 in which the powder T is stored and of which at least a part is deformable; a discharge part 67 for discharging the powder T in the powder storage part 66 to the outside; and a sending-out member 81 which is moved to a side of the discharge part to send out the powder T to the discharge part 67 in a state where a deformable part of the powder storage part 66 is pushed in the inside.
