<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface design device capable of efficiently and easily designing user interfaces. <P>SOLUTION: A user interface design device comprises displaying component data 101, which has a display attribute showing a display element of a component that constitutes user interfaces (UI) of the devices to be designed and an arrangement attribute of the component, and effect component data 102, which has a component relation attribute in which a component related to an effect component producing a displaying effect to another component is registered, an effect attribute that defines the displaying effect obtained by changing the display attribute or arrangement attribute of the component registered in the component related attribute with time course, and the arrangement attribute of the effect component.
