<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery device for restraining a valve element from opening due to vibration applied from the outer side. <P>SOLUTION: An open/close device includes the valve element 32 that opens/closes a passage by rotation motion, a crank mechanism 70 that is a center of the rotation motion of the valve element 32 and rotates integrally with the valve element 32, and an actuator connected to the crank mechanism 70 and rotates the crank mechanism 70. The actuator opens the valve element 32 by extending and rotating the crank mechanism 70 when the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature or more, and the valve element 32 is arranged lower than a virtual line KL, and a connection position of an engagement part 62A of the actuator with a projection 72 of the crank mechanism 70 is arranged upper than the virtual line KL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
