<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum building material that eliminates visually outstanding granules of dew condensation water by reforming of the deposition state of the water that occurs inevitably on the material. <P>SOLUTION: A number of fine grooves 2 for reducing dew condensation are formed on the surface of an aluminum extrusion used for a sash 1 of an aluminum building material, so that the condensed water occurring therein can flow in the longitudinal direction when the grooves are vertically arranged and can diffuse in the longitudinal direction when the grooves are horizontally arranged due to capillary phenomenon in the grooves 2 for reducing dew condensation. The grooves 2 for reducing dew condensation can eliminate visually outstanding dew condensation on the sash 1, having a groove depth of 20 to 300 μm, a groove width of 100 to 500 μm, and an adjacent bump width of 30 to 100 μm, formed by extrusion of aluminum, and with a composite film formed as surface treatment thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
