<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible circuit board enabling the expansion of life with a simple structure, by reducing possibility of exfoliation and disconnection in a wiring layer and breakage of the flexible circuit board itself, even when the flexible circuit board comes into contact with a peripheral component etc. or a large external force such as vibration or impact acts thereon. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic flexible circuit board 1 includes: an insulating film 7 as a base layer; a wiring layer 4 formed on the insulating film 7; and an insulation layer 8 formed on the wiring layer 4.
