<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed rubber molded article by which an arbitrary part of the rubber molded article is made foamable while vulcanization processing is carried out without any trouble. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of: molding an unvulcanized rubber composition including a chemical foaming agent and a dielectric compound having ≥10 relative permittivity, ≤100°C melting point, and ≥200°C boiling point into an unvulcanized rubber molded article; vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber molded article at a temperature lower than the decomposition temperature of the chemical foaming agent; and before the vulcanization and/or during the vulcanization, at least a part of the unvulcanized rubber molded article is irradiated by microwaves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
